    Co-Founder & Creative Director

    A native of Tallahassee, Florida, Matt grew up in the area and pursued his education at Florida State University, where he studied Literature and Humanities. It was during his college years that Matt’s passion for photography started, a love that continued to grow while working at the Charleston Battery soccer team. Proficient in both videography and photography, Matt has built a notable reputation in Charleston for his exceptional work featuring the Lowcountry. As part of his commitment to supporting small businesses, Matt co-founded Palm Social with the goal to assist them in showcasing their work through the art of videography and photography.

    Cary Ashley

    Co-Founder & Lead Media Strategist

    A native of South Carolina, Cary pursued her education at the College of Charleston, where she studied Public Health. From an early age, Cary developed a passion for travel and fashion. During her college years, she turned to social media as a creative outlet, successfully growing her personal brand to nearly 30k followers within just 24 months. Known for her strategic approach, consistency, and commitment to high-quality content creation, Cary decided to channel her expertise into helping small businesses find their voice on social media.

    Ivy Buda

    Social Media Manager

    Originally from Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Ivy moved to the Lowcountry to attend the College of Charleston, where she earned her degree in Communications. With experience in fashion retail and social media, she has always been drawn to creative storytelling.

    While in Charleston, Ivy has collaborated with a variety of influencers and brands to produce engaging content. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach, discovering new local spots with friends, and relaxing at home.

    Administrative Manager

    Jera plays a key role in keeping our team organized and on track. As Administrative Manager, she oversees day-to-day operations, supports client communications, and helps ensure that every project runs efficiently. Her attention to detail and calm approach make her an essential part of the team.

    Outside of work, Jera is a wedding events coordinator, helping couples enjoy stress-free and memorable celebrations. She’s also a proud first-time mom and has a background in performance—earning awards for Best Actress (2015) and Best in Talent (2010). In her free time, she enjoys traveling, meditating, taking long walks, and playing Tetris or math games to unwind.
